Hi,
I used the license that was provided to me on a trial (low-end) server. Now, the real (high-end) server has arrived. However, when I try to enter the license number the installer tells me: "We're unable to confirm that JIRA license".
How can I resolve this matter?

Maybe the Server ID has changed and you need to update the details at my atlassian.
Usually the license is linked with the server id but i didn't have any problems ever with this.
