I am a user of Jira Cloud. I am trying to use Portfolio to organize a planning process. We have many more than 5000 tickets (portfolio's plan limit) so I am trying to split my planning by teams (multiple plans) and aggregate them into a program. However, all the documentation I can find for Programs is only for Jira server, and the instructions don't seem to work for cloud.
Can I use Programs in Jira Cloud? How? If not, what's the best way to visualize multiple plans in portfolio?
Answered my own question... what a shame: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Portfolio-for-Jira-questions/Unable-to-create-Programs-in-Portfolio/qaq-p/719661
