Link JIRA Release to Confluence Roadmap

I have a roadmap created in my confluence page . On the bars I want to link a JIRA release URL. When I click on the link page icon, it provides me with a search field. I can link other confluence pages, but I cannot link the JIRA release URL, it says it cannot find it even though it is part of the same Atlassian account.

Is there a way to link any URL I want in there, or does it have to be a from a URL that it can find in the search?
