Capacity Planning does not reflect immediately

We have created a "Build Team Portfolio - V1" to see all the capacity for our resources that are in BUILD teams ( Two teams : Build GE , Build External) - 

When we update a task ( 805) under a story 804 and assigned the work does not reflect on capacity report correctly.

It appears there is a lag as well from users who is seeing data in US vs India.
