I have a plan I am building that tracks deliverables across two teams, one tracks in points, and other in hours.
This doesn't seem to work. Is there a setup step I need to take?
I have one dev project that estimates in points and another project in marketing that only estimates in hours but I need to include them in one plan so that I can make sure they are both aligned for a product release.
So engineering is run via Scrum using Points
Marketing is run via Kanban using hours.
I have them both in one Portfolio plan and want to use the Calculation tools without having to convert marketing hours by hand.
Can I do that?
