Can't share a private team in Portfolio for Jira

I have a few private teams created as part of a plan. When I attempt to change those private teams to shared teams from Portfolio, only one of the teams has the "share" option available in the ellipses to the right of the team container. So far, I can't find a rationale that makes sense, or documentation anywhere speaking to any constraint that may be causing this issue.

Anyone else seeing this or have a solution ... or can point me to documentation I've missed?

Thanks in advance!

Spoke too soon. Just figured it out. The private teams that couldn't be shared had uncommitted changes. Once those changes were committed to Jira, the share option then became available.
