Why have the fieds been init when I create new Issue from create-menu

Hello,

because when you add a behaviour, it contains these lines:

getFieldById("project-field").setReadOnly(true)
getFieldById("issuetype-field").setReadOnly(true)

which are responsible for setting those two fields as read only
