User duplication when arriving by email group Servicedesk

Hello.
I receive requests by email on servicedesk. Each person in charge is automatically registered on the servicedesk. However, when that person is in a group he is registered again.
Example.
My name @ company already registered.
nomegrupo @ company that contains Myname @ company registers as myname - nomegrupo @ company.
