I want to find issues where my custom date field is more than 5 BUSINESS days
I have it doing 5 days right now, but is there a way to do business days?
No, there is no way to do it by default, since you would have to take into account not only weekends, but also local holidays.
If you have service desk calendars or you write your own calendar somewhere, you could do a custom JQL fuction to achieve this.
