How do i set/install (german) language packs within my on-demand JIRA and/or confluence?

I couldn't find any possibility to do so, please advise me.

At this time, OnDemand is only configured to use the English language pack. A feature request is already open to allow for other language packs to be installed. You can watch and vote on the feature request at the link below:
