Can I run a report that will only show me the code coverage on changed code?

This is useful for release testing and auditing.

You can use the historical report feature, which will compare results with the previous Clover run and:

- report about new classes

- report about classes for which coverage has changed the most

It will also present general trends in coverage on charts. See examples on clover.atlassian.com and click on the "<project>-Historical" link in a top-left frame (like this one).
