Compatibility with JIRA 6.0 was added in version 3.0.0, which was released on 04-JUN-2013.

This is one of our top priorities; compatibility with JIRA 6.0 is in work. We plan to release a new version of Documents compatible with JIRA 6.0 at the beginning of June.
