JIRA PDF View plug-in NOT WORKING

Using JIRA version 4.3.3 and PDF View plug-in 1.3.2, following the installation instructions verbatim. Then, after restarting the JIRA application, the PDF View plug-in did not work.

Is there a version of this plug in that does work? If so, what version is it and is that version compatible with JIRA 4.3.3?
