SLA Clock does not start/restart upon re-opening an issue

Hi,

When re-opening an issue the clock does not start.. Is this a fault on my part or a feature of the plugin?

Regards

Hi,

I'm the product manager of VertygoSLA.

If you still have an issue with the plugin, feel free to create an ticket : https://jira.valiantys.com/

Hi,

Go to "VertygoSLA Configuration -> Agreement Times", edit one of them and make sure that the checkmark is off for the field "Behavior on stop Block on completion (will not restart) " and that your Agreement Type checks for "Issue reopened" in the "Triggers -> Start events".

Cheers

Hi,

I have set SLA against priorities and all works great, I have set the freeze feature to a hold status which also works great. I close and as you can see below that works also.. But when i re-open and set the issue back to in progress the SLA clock does not start/restart.

Thanks, Darren

Hmm.. Can you elaborate further on what clock are you referring to? Perhaps a screenshot of the problem?
