@Rose EedesFrom what I can see, there were a few users you’d collaborated with on Trello boards years ago, like Mary Anne and Tiggy. Those users hadn’t logged into Trello for more than 2 years, so their accounts were deleted in line with our Dormant Account Policy.
\nWhen a Trello account is deleted, that account is removed from all boards. If the deleted account was the only admin on a board that still has other members, the board ends up with no admin. Only an admin can reopen a closed board, so if a board becomes closed and has no admin, Trello Support can review the situation and look into options to help. It appears that’s what happened with some of the boards you were a member of.

That is, if your mouse is anywhere in the bounding box of the \"Create Jira work item\" rectangle, even if it is currently covered by something else in the UI, it will be brought to the front.

I've checked to make sure there are no global automations setup. That there's not a settings in the Work Type or in the Space settings itself.
Is there a way to disable child inheritance from the parent or will an automation be needed to accomplish this?

I have already checked my spam/junk folder and confirmed that there are no filtering rules blocking emails from Atlassian or Bitbucket. Despite multiple attempts, the password reset/account recovery email never arrives.
I would like to ask if the email address above has been added to a suppression list on your end, as this could be preventing delivery. If so, could you please remove it so that I can receive emails from Bitbucket normally?

Does someone know a Marketplace App, which does all this Custom fields and Automations for us? We are a very small team and dont have time to jump into this world.
We really just need some Basics like:
Organization, Employee, Laptop etc.
This needs to be shown in the Issue later.
Also, when the Reporter is not an asset yet, a automation needs to create the reporter as asset in the correct Scheme for the matched Organization.

What I mean by \"happen slowly over time\" is that I can refresh the page and all the images are displayed properly but if click on a ticket and it opens in the side panel then as I repeat this for various tickets doing my work, then the image on tickets in the view starts to be lost slowly one by one. It will not happen to all of them - but as I work with more tickets more and more of them go away.

\nClaude Opus 4.7 limited time promotion — until April 30, 2026, existing Atlassian customers with a Rovo Dev Standard plan can access Claude Opus 4.7 at half the credit cost (1x Rovo Dev credit multiplier instead of 2x).
\nUse the /models slash command to switch between available AI models in Rovo Dev CLI & IDE. For finer grained control over effort level, set the efficiency level with /efficiency [level](e.g. /efficiency high).
\nSwitching between models and efficiency levels is quick, even in the middle of an active session:
\nPlease note that access to frontier models via Rovo Dev is only available to customers on Rovo Dev Standard. In addition, customers on newly created Atlassian organizations may experience limited access to new models.

The automation currently is at ticket creation (sorry, just realized my screenshot didn't show that).
Would doing a staging status still work? Something like:
Add a status to the workflow that the work item goes into upon creation, with a transition to the Waiting for Approval status.
Automation runs when work item is created.
