Failed to upload PDF files

Message received:  You must first lock the file 1 5 Direct Debit Rejections.pdf before it can be edited.

I cannot lock the file as it's stored in my folder and not opened by anyone else.

Maybe you're running into a similar problem.

Hi Thomas, thanks for that... my upload problem is because of the spaces in between some of the words... I will need to rename them to ensure an upload.  

Who ever named them did not have proper naming conventions in place.
