How to filter itens issuetype "A" linked with itens issuetype "B"?

Something like: issuetype = "ISSUETYPE A" AND linked "ISSUETYPE B"

*I know there is no "linked" option... :)

I need to get only itens with "ISSUETYPE A" linked with itens with "ISSUETYPE B"
