integration with jira rest Api's

I want to create issue in jira particular project and to assign particular person using java programming , i written some code but iam getting dependecies issues and code also not working properly , if anyone hepl me to solve this

What are you trying to achieve exactly? Are you linking to another system here? 

Have you tried the API calls in cURL and postman yet? Are they working there? 

What dependency errors are there? What libraries are you using? 

I can go on ....... but you get the point hopefully.
