Xray Test steps wiped out

I am having an issue where in the Xray steps got diapered when the xray status was changed. There is no automation rules set up or there is no external process involved.  Is there is any way to retrieve back the wiped-out steps of the Xray Test.

I don't know of a process that removes steps based on the status.
