Why is my Jira Cloud Add-in for Excel is opening multiple Microsoft Edge Webview2 runtimes

We have migrated to Microsoft 360 and have installed the add-in Jira Cloud for Excel. When I activate the add-in by clicking on the Get Jira Data from the Excel ribbon, I get multiple versions of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime. Normally I see at least five instances running. I cannot end the task from the Task Manager. It just reappears.

Also, I have not found where I can uninstall the add-in from one of my workbooks that launches the add-in when I open the workbook.
