Test Run has no Attachments to Precondition or Precondition details

When we create a Test Run for Tests that have a Precondition attached to it, in the test Run precondition just shows empty if even the precondition has some attachment to it it would not show up as well as the Precondition descriptions and any details about preconditon. It would only show the precondition ticket name
