Question: Is it possible to convert an app's trial license to a full license before the trial period is scheduled to end?
Context: I've installed a Jira Cloud app from the Marketplace (paid via Atlassian). Currently, I'm in a 6-week trial period (30-days + 2 weeks to align w/ site billing). The app has certain restrictions due to the trial license. I'd like to enable those features by converting my trial to a regular subscription.
Is that possible?
Follow-up: I just got a reply from Atlassian Support that this isn't possible in Jira Cloud:
Many thanks for your detailed information. By default, products on a monthly cadence cannot be converted to a paid subscription before their evaluation ends, the evaluation includes all functionalities and features. Therefore, I regret to inform you that these products can [sic] be converted to a paid plan until <scheduled date>.
Unfortunately, I've discovered some apps do not provide "all functionality and features". Perhaps a carry-over from their Jira Server implementations. Oh well. :-)
Yes, you can pay for the app any time during the trial, and it will become a fully activated app.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. Do you happen to know how that's done?
I'm probably just being dense, but I don't see anything obvious in "Manage Apps" or site billing. I can see how to stop the trial, but then I can just restart or uninstall.
Thanks!
