I have configured numerous document templates using our integration with x-ray, however only the word templates appear as options from the board, not the excel based templates.
Although I have configured all of these:
I only see these (not the requirements report which is an excel based report):
The dropdown doesn't give me excel as an output format:
Any suggestions on why this is and or how do I enable the excel reports?
