Log comment when issue was created with SLA information

Hi
I'm creating an automation in JSM to register a comment on a issue as created informing the SLA.
When I try to run this automation, the field {{issue.Time to Resolution.ongoingCycle.goalDuration.friendly}} is not filled during the issue creation action.
But when I run another automation, the field {{issue.Time to Resolution.ongoingCycle.goalDuration.friendly}} value is successfully filled, after the call created.
Could you help me understand why the field {{issue.Time to Resolution.ongoingCycle.goalDuration.friendly}} is not being filled in at the time of creation and how to fill it?
