Good Afternoon/Evening/Morning Fellow Atlassians!
When I select some projects it shows me all the available request types for that project. Our ITHelpDesk project lists all the available types of requests in all the portal groups. However my Applications project is only showing 2 of the 4 request types available in that project.
I have tried it in both the application and in the web version of Outlook.
I have uninstalled the add-in and reinstalled it.
I have verified the issue exists for others.
I am not sure why it is not showing all 4 types in this one project but all the Service Desk projects have the same basic set-up.
Hi @Michele Bazzani
The reason you don’t see all your request types is that some request types might have fields that our add-in doesn’t support, and those fields are required and do not have a default value. Without these fields, you won’t be able to create a request, so that’s why we hide them.
As a workaround, you might make those fields optional or provide a default value. Some typical fields that we do not support are attachments, fields with date and time, etc.
If you can’t determine which field is problematic, you can reach out to us via Menu —> Feedback. Include a link to this community post and your site, project, and we will try to help you.
@Mykyta Koptsov Sorry but I do not understand how to reach out to you "via Menu —> Feedback." I am trying hard to determine what fields are problematic and need your help :).

When you open the sidebar of Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in, at the bottom, there's a Menu icon. When you click on it, there should be Give feedback button.
