Insight Plugin 9.1.11 blocking Configuration Manager Import

We are attempting a Configuration Manager import onto a new platform.  Several missing plugins are halting the import including Insight Plugin 9.1.11 which is no longer available!  How do we get around this and continue the import?  Is it possible?  If not, how do I get a copy of this old Plug-in?
