How to set Jira issue display page?

I want to know if we could change Jira issue display page. Like some custom field can be independent and be paratactic with Description. Or I can edit whatever we want it to be. For now, I only know how to change what fields can be seen in details, which can be set in board configure. We are using Jira data center 8.5.2. Thank you.
