File does not exist Cannot find Grapviz

Hi there,
So we have a lot of PlantUML in our corporate Confluence (Cloud version). Today I discovered that whenever I alter an existing graph or start a new one, I get the following error
Dot Executable: /usr/bin/dot
File does not exist
Cannot find Graphviz
I cannot find any reference. Should I file a support ticket or is this a temporarily glitch today?
