EazyBI app is not responding

Hey,

I am on Jira Cloud.

I have a JIRA dashboard with an EazyBI report gadget. When I look in the report in the EazyBI App everything works fine, but when I look in the Jira Dashboard I get app is not responding.

I contacted EazyBi Support and they forwarded me to you guys. What could be the problem, how can we troubleshoot this?

If you are having issues, I would suggest you get logs and contact Atlassian Support Directly.
