Create a Custom filtre for my Backlog with specific requirements

Hi all,

 

I am currently trying to organize my Backlog, using Filters. I am wondering how do I filter on issues which belong to the a specific epic that contains "Process Clarification" where label = Template.

Can you help me creating the correct query for that?
