What the retreats mean exactly and how my usage is being calculated , anyone know of any documentation. I've searched around.

Below the screen shot it says the following:

We realize that there maybe some months when you might exceed the 1500 limit ,for that we do provide you three retreats which you could use when u encounter this scenario. By using a retreat you are resetting that months limit count to 0 and allowing yourself an additionally 1500 limit which will again get reset at the beginning of the next month.
