Can post mortems be sent to Slack as a part of an incident?

Hey,

 

I'd love to be able to send notifications of available postmortems of incidents as a part of the incident update process; currently it seems like everything but postmortems are supported, but informing folks of postmortems feels like a pretty important part of an incident.
