Auto-Archive Confluence Pages // Confluence and PowerScript

Hello, thanks in advance for helping with this if you do.

Here is my issues. I have pages created automatically from Jira into confluence with various issue fields populated into the page.

What i am trying to accomplish aid to archive the page when the jIra issue is closed by leveragig Powerscript but i am not sure how to go about this. Can this happen based on the issue status on the pages?

If not the alternative i have is to archive the page based on the label. SO once the issue is closed, a label such as "Archive" would be added and via powerscript, this would archive the page.

There was a similar example here based on the Comla Workflow status on the page. I want to use labels instead.

Please advise .  This is the video of how the auto-archive was set with the Comla Workflow addon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K56YSxDSaJY

Please any and all help is accepted.

If you add the "archive-single" label to a page from your PowerScript code, then the Better Content Archiving app will archive it. Or, if you add the "archive" label, it will archive not only that page, but also its descendants (the whole page tree).

See the options in this screenshot:

You can even add a label like "archive-single-2023-12-24" where the date specifies when to do the archiving!

Here is the documentation of all labels supported: https://www.midori-global.com/products/better-content-archiving-for-confluence/data-center/documentation/page-archiving#labels

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team.)
