0 % progress when xray document generator export a pdf

I try to use xray-document generator to export my test report but got 0% complete all the time.

template:

test execution basic with cover page

output format:

pdf 

expected : test report could be generated.

actual:

Hello @jean.wang,

Please check the below 2 cases

1. Manage Apps --> Xray --> Document Generator --> Choose Issue Types and Scopes. 

2. Manage Apps --> Xray --> Miscellaneous --> 

Please enable the above settings.

I forgot to mention xray bundled as a plugin in jira software.

it means I don't have access right to check the settings you mentioned.

Even though I have enabled the Disable Document Generator but still, I'm not able to generate the Doc. Generator.
