White Boards Permissions

Hi! On our Confluence pages (set as view by anyone), yet our two whiteboards are not visible. We get errors that access must be granted. Can someone please explain why?

Welcome to the community. Happy to have you here. You should be able to configure the permission of the whiteboard through the "Share" button on the top right as seen in the screenshot below.

Hi Tricia - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

My understanding is that Whiteboards have separate permissions and just embedding them in the page does not inherit the page's permissions. So, you have to grant permissions to both the whiteboard and the page.
