what type of work would be most suitable to put down when creating a form because I am new at this and I'm not real sure where I'm going with this I am learning with any type of work do or is that specific type of work you have to create a form with

In Jira Software, I use forms with Tasks or Stories most often, because those seem to be the work types that my users are always in a hurry to create. How you use them is pretty open, so I'm happy to chat more about a specific use case, if you need to!
