Refined site redirects to JSM portal when clicking request type instead of opening form in Refined

Hi Community,

I am using Refined for Jira Service Management, and I have created a custom Refined site.

On my Refined site, I have added request types using custom HTML/cards. However, when I click on a request type, it always redirects me to the native Jira Service Management portal (/servicedesk/customer/portal/...) instead of opening the request form inside the Refined site.

I want the request form to open within the Refined site whenever I click on a request type, not in the JSM portal. It'ss Possible

Refined for JSM Cloud does not support automatic redirection. In order to open the form within the Refined site you would have to use the URL that would go directly to that form in the Refined site.
