Is the issue organizing functionality changed?

Earlier, I used to get 1-50, 51-100, and so on bifurcation for a list of issues or a particular filter. But now it is just one long list. 
Has this been changed or should I change any of my JIRA settings?

This change has been implemented globally and there are no settings to change it.
