How can I see when a JIRA project was created?

I have a plenty amount of projects. Is there a way to see their creation date?

Try this (if auditing is enabled):

SELECT *
FROM audit_log
WHERE SUMMARY = 'Project created';

In the later versions of JIRA, project created date is stored in audit logs. But you won't be able to find it for projects created in the past though.
