Filter columns are not correctly showing to other users

Hi Team,

Person A creates a filter 1 with below column order,

1. Key

2. Issue type

3. Summary

4. Description

5. Custom field 1 - Date picker

6. Custom field 2 - Date picker

7. Status

Person A attached it to JIRA Dashboard as Pie chart Gadget with Status.

So when Person B clicks on the status from Dashboard and the issues are displayed in the below order in issue navigator,

1. Description

2. Key

3. Summary

4. Issue type

5. Custom fields in Alphabetical order

6. Status

I want the column orders should be same as filter across all the users.

Note: Person A is the owner of the filter

Hi @[deleted] ,

Please check with user A, whether those columns showing because the selected them as filter columns or those are default columns of the user.

Please ask user to set the columns by selecting filter tab under columns button.

Hi @Sreenivasaraju P

The columns are set under Filter tab only.

hi @Sreenivasaraju P

I could observe, when person A opens it, Columns are showing on "Filter" tab.

But when Person B opens it, Columns are showing in "My Defaults" view. Filter tab is disabled.
