I would like my EPICs to follow a different workflow than my tasks (underneath EPICs).

When editing the workflow it has all worktypes in the top left hand corner and I can't change/remove them.

Please help

Hi @Jayde and welcome to the Community!

From what you describe, I assume you are in a team managed project. Just start editing the workflow as it is. Perform the changes you want to implement and hit the Update workflow button in the top right corner when you're ready. It will turn blue after you have made a change.

At that point, a dialog will pop up that allows you to choose which work types you want the updated workflow to apply to. It looks like this:

If you only select a limited number of types, it will create a separate workflow and thus achieve the desired split.

Hope this helps!

Glad it helped, @Jayde! Do consider marking the answer as accepted - I totally understand this is not the clearest UI implementation > marking an answer as accepted makes it easier to find for people looking for similar solutions!
