Hi Team,
My custom filters in the backlog was working fine but suddenly it started showing the below message(screenshot attached). " One or more of your filters can't be used right now. You can check your filter queries and try again."
My filters are working fine in Issue Navigator but not in the custom filters.
A simple query is also not working. ( Status = Done ) I've tried deleting all my filters and recreating them, but no luck. What could be the reason?
Hello @Sabareesh Kumar M
I don't see any problems listed on the Atlassian Status page.
And the problem is not happening for me.
Are you able to get a list of the filters or do you get the message first?
Does the same happen for other people, on the same board or other boards?
Have you tried a different browser app or a private browser window? I don't really think this is browser cache related, but it never hurts to check.
Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Thanks for your time in checking.
I can see the list of custom filters, when i click on it to see then the message appears.
The same is happening for my colleagues too, we work in the same board, not sure about the other boards.
I have tried in different browsers and in incognito as well.

Thanks

Thank you for that additional information @Sabareesh Kumar M
To confirm:
1. You can click the button to display the list of available custom filters and see that list.
2. You get the error when you activate a filter on the Backlog screen.
3. You can activate the same filter on the Board screen and there is no error.
4. This happens for multiple people.
5. It happens in other browser apps and private browser windows.
Can you activate any of the custom filters on the Backlog screen, or do you get errors for them all?
Can you share with us an example filter that produces the error on the Backlog screen but not the Board screen?

hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Yes for all the 5 points.
Am getting that error message for all the custom filters on the backlog screen, but all of them are working fine in Board.
Example filter:
Status = Done
Thanks

I have not been able to recreate this or find a known issue related to it.
I recommend that you contact your Jira Administrators and ask them to open a support case directly with the Atlassian team.
