A list of field types for "Linked Jira Field"

I've created a form and it has various bit of information on it. 

I want to assign some "Fields" to these. 

Is their a list of all the Default fields within Jira?

E.g. I have a number type on my form. Which "fields" are the number types? The list doesn't distinguish between any types of fields. I select one but get the error message.

You need to change from Numbers to Dropdown.....

Which fields are the Numbers type? How can I tell them apart? I'd like a simple list to speed things up other than selecting one and then trying another and another and another.

Hi Tim,

Do you have permissions to access Settings > Work items in Jira? If so select this:

Then select Custom fields:

You will see a list of all fields in your Jira instance. There is a column called Type which will allow you to see which fields are Number Fields:

Any default Jira or App fields are displayed as 'Locked':
