Hey Community,
We use Jira & JSM cloud.
We maintain an Azure group whose members lack application access.
We have an JSM - Application access request for Jira visible only to respective group members, allowing them to raise requests. Once a request is raised, the user is added to the license group.
In this situation, we want to redirect Azure group users when they access their Jira project or filter URL. They should be redirected to JSM - Application access request for Jira Request Type, not the JSM portal home page. Thanks
This is not achievable.
As this is expected behaviour, users who are trying to access a location where they need a license for are redirected to JSM portal (If JSM is used, of not they will get acces denied message).
There are not options, to change this to a custom url. If this would be possible anyone, with no access would be redirect to that location.
Hello @Balaji Sankar
Can you clarify issue, so for example this user receives a link about some work item, and when he/she tries to open it, redirects to customer portal?

Good day @Ugnius Aušra

@Balaji Sankar It depends what are we trying to achieve.

In this case, user who are existing into access-removed-group, they are not aware toraise a Re-activation Jira Access, insead they are raising General User incident request, so we are again root them to raise a Re-activation Jira Access request, so we are getting dual request on this stage,
that's why we are try to redirect them into Re-activation Jira Access Request Type in JSM, thanks
