Looing for staging to production add-on for JSM cloud

I am looking for add-on to move configuration from Staging to Production which migrates  automations, conditions, workflow.

Migrate configurations from staging to production environment (Cloud to Cloud).

Would really appreciate to share your input please. Thanks

You're about to embark on quite the journey... :-)

A variety of vendors offer *most* of the functionality you're probably looking for:

• Revyz 
• Salto
• Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ)
• etc.

Atlassian is also working on the functionality: [CLOUD-11150] Ability to push data from sandbox to production

You'll see a lot of promises in the marketing materials, but none of the solutions are perfect (marketplace vendors don't yet have all the necessary API functionality from Atlassian). I'd strongly recommend testing multiple tools (utilize that free trial), talk with the vendors, discuss your specific requirements, etc.
