OKR Hub filter by time period return items outside selected time period

In the OKR Hub with Portfolio level selected, when I filter by quarterly time period I get OKRs from mulitple quarterly increments not just the one selected in the hub drop down. I think the reason is that Portfolio level OKRs apply to the whole financial year, but I want to see a view that shows the annual OKRs with child quarterly OKRs that apply only to the selected Q.

In addition it seems the time period drop down on the left sidebar does not apply to the hub because the hub has its own, which is inconsistent and confusing. I can't attach a screenshot as this form doesn't have that option.

@Louise Boulton Thank you for your question.  I will attempt to address each item I see individually. 

Child OKRs from multiple PIs

• The filters on the page apply to the Tier selected (in your case Portfolio), the Portfolio/s selected, the PI's selected, Statuses selected and Owners selected. 
  • These do not apply to the children Objectives.  
• Here are a couple of Suggestions which you can Vote for and Watch for updates. 
  • OKR Hub: Add ability to filter children Objectives by the selected PI 
  • Ability to view all Tiers, regardless of what layer we are viewing the OKR Hub from. 
  • PI level filtering for Portfolio Objectives includes child objectives of different PI 
• Portfolio Objectives are not necessarily annual based, if all the PI's for the year are selected on the Objective itself then it could be considered annual, however one can also create a Portfolio Objective which only spans 1 or more PIs. 

Time Period from Left Navigation

• You are correct, only the Portfolio Selection from the left navigation is applied to the Page and not the PI Selection.  
• Here is a suggestion you can Vote for and Watch for updates. 
  • New OKR Hub: Side Menu being ignored when filtering results
