organization name tags not being changed by string

Dear support,

after having setup jira service desk, I am not able to change these strings to "Organizations" as it should be, can you kindly help me? There are shown e.g.in the full screen display of an issue.

sd.request.participants.field.name:

sd.customer.organisations.field.name

Where can I fix this mean issue?

Also Organization as key word is not accepted in JQL.

It looks like you're running into an existing bug that affects Jira Service Desk 4.2:
