Hi everyone, I would like to link my tasks with specific tags analogous to the page tags so that I can create topic-specific to-do lists. For example, three tags for phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 so that I can monitor them in separate lists. Is there a functionality for this? Many thanks in advance!

Hi @Jan Philipp Tillenburg

You can use lables for this requirement. In confluence, every page have lables to categorise the pages

@Sanam Malleswari thank you for the response. I am looking for this kind of functionality but on task level. I'd like to have for example on the same page a task labled as "//task:X tag:phase 1" and "//task:Y tag:phase 2". So I can have two seperate lists with open tasks belonging to a specific list like this:

Open tasks phase 1:
- task X

Open tasks phase 2:
- task Y
