Hello,

I'm trying to link my Bitbucket workspace to my organization.

I do not see my Bitbucket workspace listed when using the "Link Bitbucket" option from the "Atlassian apps" page.

  1. I'm using the Standard Bitbucket plan.
  2. I'm organization admin
  3. I'm admin at the bitbucket workspace

I started the "Link Bitbucket" process. When the site displays "Select a workspace to link", I see only a different bitbucket workspace, which is linked to a different Atlassian organization from my company. I'm also Admin at the different workspace and organization.

What can I do to be able to connect the other workspace as well? Either to the same organization or to a different one.

Hi @Stephan Lusch

Welcome to the community.

We have reviewed the workspace you are attempting to link. At present your workspace is not yet eligible to be linked to the Org.

Don’t worry, you’ll receive a notification when it becomes eligible. If you want and can’t wait, you may create a new paid (Standard or Premium) workspace from your Atlassian org and then use that workspace for the collaboration purposes. Please follow the instructions in the community post: Calling on all workspace Admins - Connect your Bitbucket workspace to an Atlassian organization for more details.

Regards,

@Stephan Lusch

The most common reason a Bitbucket workspace does not appear in the linking list is that it is already linked to another Atlassian organization.

Also, make sure you are logged in with the exact same Atlassian account that is the admin of the Bitbucket workspace you want to link.

@Aron Gombas _Midori_

Thank you for your answer.

I already checked, if I used a wrong Atlassian account, but it was the correct one.

Unfortunately, the reason cannot be that the Bitbucket workspace is already linked to another organization. This is because I can see the Bitbucket workspace of another organization at the linking page, which I manage with the same account and which is already linked.

To make it more clear. I have with my account the admin rights at two different organizations. I have also admin rights at two different Bitbucket workspaces.

And I linked already Bitbucket workspace A with organization A, which worked well.

Now I want to link Bitbucket workspace B with organization B, but I only see Bitbucket workspace A as possible to select. Bitbucket workspace B in not there.
