Reorder the list of choices for linked issue type

I want to Reorder the list of choices for linked issue type - i.e. Not Blocked first but make the 3rd choice in the list.

I don't see a way to do that.

Could you please provide more context regarding this matter, along with a screenshot of the item you attempted to reorder? This would greatly help my understanding of the issue.

I have the same question - the inked work items list of links is not in any particular order in our instance.  I would like to specify the order of the items.
